Rajiv Duggal / Director
With over 31 years in senior leadership across tourism, hospitality, infrastructure, retail, and cruise development, Rajiv is widely regarded as one of India’s most accomplished tourism professionals. He has led organisations ranging from boutique travel brands to large-scale enterprises of up to 1,900 people, consistently driving innovation, scale, and quality.
His career includes CEO roles at ZEE’s tourism division, where he launched India’s first cruise liner (now Cordelia Cruises), LAVASA Corporation, Select CITYWALK in New Delhi, and DOTW across the Indian Subcontinent and Asia Pacific. He also held senior leadership positions with KUONI (SITA & SOTC) and TUI AG, shaping inbound and outbound travel operations at scale, and is an award-winning industry leader recognised by UNWTO and international tourism bodies.
In his role as Co-Founder and Director of Travel Specialists, Travelart Maestros, and Event Specialists, Rajiv provides strategic direction and governance across the group, guiding long-term partnerships, brand expansion, market positioning, and international engagement.
Kiran Joti / Director
Kiran brings over 3 decades of global and Indian tourism experience, combining international market expertise with entrepreneurial vision. Her early career in Paris as Marketing Manager for Sita Travels strengthened her European network and positioned her at the forefront of promoting India across key global markets.
Returning to India, she played a pivotal role in launching MakeMyTrip, a leading online travel portal, before moving into traditional tourism operations and hospitality management. Her subsequent tenure at KUONI and DOTW further expanded her exposure to emerging markets. She later established and scaled Indian Routes, an inbound brand for LPTI, transitioning into a larger leadership role by leading 5 teams for TUI. Her career reflects a rare ability to bridge global market expectations with nuanced local delivery.
As Co-Founder and Director of Travel Specialists, Travelart Maestros, and Event Specialists, Kiran specialises in building high-value inbound travel experiences for discerning global travellers, blending strategic thinking with deep operational and market engagement expertise.
Nitin Sangary / Director
With a career spanning more than 30 years, Nitin brings deep operational expertise and expansive destination knowledge across the Indian subcontinent. Beginning in frontline hospitality, personally welcoming international travellers, he developed a lifelong commitment to service excellence and precision.
He progressed into senior leadership roles with leading multinational travel companies including SITA, KUONI, DOTW, and Indian Routes, where he directed large-scale inbound operations and strengthened partnerships across key global markets such as the UK and the Far East. His work has been instrumental in establishing and scaling international travel brands within the subcontinent. His extensive travel across the region gives him an instinctive understanding of its evolving hospitality landscape.
Serving as Co-Founder and Director of Travel Specialists, Travelart Maestros, and Event Specialists, Nitin combines strategic oversight with hands-on destination mastery, ensuring journeys are delivered with authenticity, trust, and meticulous execution.
